I’ve heard @Jeannie Di Bon and others mention how hypermobility is not the same as instability. The example of hypermobile people that don’t have chronic pain has been given. My question is, why can some people walk around hypermobile their whole life and be fine? It just never turns into instability? (For example my PT says the most hypermobile part of my body is my wrists. But they’re the one thing that doesn’t cause me pain??) hmmm
