If you hear hoofbeats don't think that will be a zebra again, it can be a horse. Between the Wednesday Glimmers and the Friday Fun I had a Thursday Treat. I had a 'Coaching with horses' session. Meet Speedy, a horse disguised as a zebra with whom I've made a lovely connection. The session was all I dreamed of. As part of a neural retraining program I'm doing, I do visualisations. In my favourite go-to visualisation I have 3 horses and connecting with them makes me intense happy. Being close to a 'live' horse was one of the reasons I wanted to do this coaching session. Everything else I would get out of it would be bonus. If you scroll through the photo's you can see that we had a connection, Speedy and I. As a bonus the connection with the coach gave me some lovely guidance to work with the coming time. All in a setting to accommodate my POTSy and temperature sensitivity needs. 🦄🐴🦄
