Hello all, it's #mindfulnessmonday The Zebra Club has such a great mixture of calming & mindfulness movement classes & wonderful meditations. Which ones will you be doing today? Meditations for pain management done. Later breathing patterns to relax, barre or gait class. What ever classes you pick don't forget to take a minute or 2 afterwards to check-in with yourself & enjoy. 🙂.
