For those with pectus excavatum: I had the pectus surgery where I had a bar out in as I grew through puberty than it was taken out. My chest is still pretty indented and I feel it greatly affects my posture, breathing, pain. Has anyone with pectus had success in getting their chest less indented via exercises/working out? Any suggestions to help with shoulder pain and breathing related to pectus? It’d be awesome if there was a way to help my chest not look so indented and my ribs sticking out so much. All input is greatly appreciated
