Hi zebras. I'm new here but I've been doing a lot of Jeannie's Youtube videos for the past month or so. One question I have is: Is it normal to feel worse before feeling better? The exercises feel really accessible and Jeannie's cues are helping me use my body differently and release tension. But I'm finding that my body feels achy all over the next day, like I have the flu or something. I have pain pretty much all over normally, but it seems worse. Is this just my body adjusting to working different muscles? Did any of you experience this when you first started, and did it improve?
