Of course. I was feeling pretty good so I thought I’d work in a short strength session with handle bands, modified using all I’ve learned here. And how’d that go? 3 days later, my TA is sore. Who pulls a transverse abdominus? HOW? That’s a new one on me so I guess that’s something anyway. It’s hard figuring out the ever-changing situation, isn’t it? I just want to run and be free, y’know? Wind in the hair and all that. But maybe those days aren’t coming back? I mean slow and steady is one thing but this pace is a whole ‘nuther. Ah cardio, will we ever see each other again? I’m with you all in dazzle solidarity.
