Hi everyone! I am struggling with pelvic organ prolapses (mild). I was doing a lot of work on my breathing before this but had a surgery that caused me stress and trauma. I could breathe fine after working loads on TZC but now it feels I’m creating pressure and causing prolapses. I try to do the exercises the physio gave me but I know I’m doing them wrong and pushing rather than lifting. I was told my pelvic floor is hypertonic & guarded but very weak. Would the pelvic floor classes and unwinding the pelvis help with prolapse?
