Worked late last night uploading all the videos into the two new programs - weights & standing. They are now ready to use - you’ll find them under the programs section. The standing ones are marked as moderate or challenging. Not necessarily because the movements are hard, but because it requires a lot of standing. Classes chosen are either fully standing or a good portion of standing work. Enjoy 😊
