So I am just going through the #key #foundations videos after joining this week, and I am having trouble with the #stability video. Actually all of them are quite intense so far, so my first question is, does that mean I should just focus on doing those for a while first before trying any classes? Or can I also start with an easy class? My main question though is about the stability video. I found it insanely hard to do the exercise on all fours .... I have really bad #hand and #forearm pain and they are also really weak. I felt like my arms were just going to collapse onto the floor so I stopped. Is this important to be able to do before moving on? Or does anyone has any specific advice for this situation? Thanks!
