Hi everybody, I’m struggling and I’d love to know how you cope with the following: When I wake up and get out of bed in the morning and every part of my body hurts, I just want to get back in bed and stay there. When I do that I feel guilty and worried that I’m making things worse. Im wondering what you do in this situation? Do you have a routine or a plan for days like this?
