Hi All! @Jeannie Di Bon or anyone else who has been on here for a while, I could do with some advice please. I have not been on here that long and my life has been super hectic these pass few months ( trying to buy a house) so I am only now really absorbing all the wonderful things this app has to offer and the amazing resources available to us. I am so glad it was reconmended to me. Do I need to build up to three classes a week which was suggested on the foundations or would it be better for me to choose one of the programmes and do that instead, but making sure that I do one strength class a week, I got a bit confused and there are so many things to choose from. I already do some exercise and movement everyday anyway, otherwise I can't function at all and these do help, but these are just little bits and bobs, rather than doing a full class and I feel that classes and or a programme would be better if I can. I have been trying to do one of the strength classes weekly as suggested but due to a shoulder issue and waiting for surgery and due to having a stressful few months of trying to buy a house, I have had to modify everything I currently do. Suggestions welcome. Cheers.
