I just got home from a lot of traveling this week, and I’m feeling pretty good! After a couple of years in TZC I have something like Jeannie’s Greatest Hits available to play in my mind. So, I spent every morning and bedtime on my mat in the hotel rooms unwinding with my favorite movements from all my favorite videos. It has been many years since I could travel without a lot of pain, so I’m really grateful to @Jeannie Di Bon and this special community. Thank you, @Jeannie Di Bon !! 🙏🏻 💪🦓💖
