For anyone coming from a yoga background, who misses it and was sad to learn that yoga is not the best for hypermobility, I recommend 'dynamic pelvis' in the lower limb programme and 'refreshing morning wake up' in the energising your day programme. They're a bit more flowey, and have poses like low lunge, forward fold, etc :)
