I recently found out I have osteoporosis in my spine, also possible Craniocervical instability. Are there any exercises I should in the classes. I had read that things like cat cows aren’t good for osteoporosis because the round your thoracic spine and shoulders but it seems like some of these exercises involve bending forwards. Just curious so I don’t hurt myself.
