Progress woohoo! I joined the Zebra club at Xmas and was really disappointed that I could only do a maximum of 10mins of any class, and only 1 or 2 reps of each exercise. I've persevered, attempting 3-4 classes a week (2 isometric and 2 fatigue classes). Tonight I have just achieved a full isometric class with 10 reps of each exercise and I am so happy 😊 ! So, to any newbies I would say persistence is key and this is a long game so don't expect quick results. But you WILL make progress over time. Thank you Jeannie and everyone in the Z club for sharing your experiences and knowledge which have encouraged me to persevere with the exercises 🥰
