Looking for some help with the second relaxation exercise from the foundation video. I have a lot of pain in my lower back and hips when I lie in the position and I’m not able to let my legs come back to centre on the out breath. It feels difficult for my legs to not collapse completely to the side. Any advice? I know I’m weak but I don’t want to damage joints by forcing them
