Hi all! Thinking about order of exercises now that I have completed the foundations. I have bilateral displacement of ankles, knees and hips and anterior hyper mobility/ displacement of both shoulders- though one is currently frozen - looking for recommendations on which order to tackle this body. Right now most everything needs to done lying/sitting down, while I am generally mobile - targeted standing exercises kick the cr@p out of me. Open to all suggestions
