At almost 70 years old I have lived well enough enduring chronic pain proactively w/ non-toxic strategies: biofeedback, meditation, anti-inflammatory diet (mostly), supplements, acupuncture, swimming, pacing, learning limits, etc. Long COVID exacerbation of pain now has me raising the white flag… considering #painmedication. I’m very interested in hearing what people have found helpful for joint pain, spinal nerve pain, neuropathy????
