I have something to celebrate and a question. Have been holding back pending an orthopedic evaluation that included an MRI. Apparently my lumbar region is that of a 43 year old and I am 74 almost. My hip joints are good. So that means I’m free for movement and adaptations. Most of my spasms involve my hip flexors. I have spasms in all of them and my thighs during the night. I get that I need to do the pelvic work because the ileus and the psoas run through it and they are definitely involved in my pain. But what about my thighs? I walk around 2 miles a day and generally I’m active. Can someone please direct me towards a place in the program to deal with that? Thank you so much!
