Hi. New to this app. I have EDS and have a lot of pain. Recently injured my left shoulder again doing nothing so wondering if I should exercise to strengthen it now while it's sore or wait until the pain has improved before I try exercises? I don't want to make things worse but I feel I need to do something rather than feel sorry for myself. I have coat hanger pain and injure that area frequently. Any thoughts? Any advice appreciated.
