Hi! New member here, with one of those magical combinations of hEDS, ME/CFS, endometriosis, etc., trying to get back on my feet. For the last years, every training and exercise program got me “better” and then much worse until I finished in the ER last December and had to stop my pool physio all together. After so many different tries, I am currently only sure of my Cardiologist’s advice to stick to “horizontal training” due to orthostatic intolerance, but I don’t really know where/how to start. I’m feeling lost and I’m honestly scared at this point, but I need to find a way to start moving again. I’m also a little bit overwhelmed here with all the Foundations, Classes and Programs. Any tips?
