Hi all! My physio recently mentioned that my supraspinal muscles are super rigid, and we’ve been working on getting them to relax. I have multiple disc herniations which causes a lot of nerve pain, but she reckons these tight muscles are also contributing. I have some exercises I am doing, but I was wondering if any of the zebra club videos target this issue?
