Looking for video recommendations for specific pelvic issue please. Certain bed time activities really flare up my pelvic/hip pain. It's the outward movement of the legs that triggers the pain. It hurts more when I lie down. My hips and pelvis are very very bendy, but not particularly unstable - only subluxed once ever, several years ago. It feels like the pelvic pain we may get when pregnant. Perhaps they're getting unstable? It's a recent pain in the last year. I have tried a lot of different videos, but I can't work out which ones may be best for this particular thing. Of course I'm training the whole body, but I need to add some more focus on this specific area right now.
