Is there a good method to put back a subluxed shoulder in its place by urself? Also how to build back of shoulder strength( without hurting urself like with the gym exercises ) so that the shoulder doesn’t want to keep bending forward. Are the regular shoulder subluxation exercises given at sports therapy etc bad for us ? How can we modify it in a way to suit us ? My sports therapists made me hold a big weights straight up for my subluxation is that a bad idea ? My physical therapist tried taping me for many months but nothing has helped in the last 1 or 2 years
