Bit late, as my appt is today - but does anyone have any tips on getting the most out of generic NHS MSK Physio? I know I need to try to get them to understand that my issues aren't isolated to one area, and that 'good' range of movement negate my symptoms (which is why I've not had much help from physio referrals before), but not sure what else. I was recently diagnosed with EDS from my GP (should be hEDS but I think they had to just say EDS because I haven't had genetic testing to rule out other types)
