I am an old zebra but learning lots of new things here. I’m so grateful to know there are others sharing info and encouragement. I’ve just become more aware since starting exercises ( tiny ones) how much I shut down movement the last few years to protect myself from pain. As you all know that didn’t work. My core is very weak and I have lower rib issues from scoliosis. Any thoughts on gentle ways to strengthen my spine?
