Thanks to you all, for your warm welcome. I did buy the thickest yoga mat, it will take some getting used to never the less. My coccyx is twisted to the right & my pelvis has been in pain for 28 yrs since my first son was born. No complaints my boys are my pride & joy. But i wish I had been diagnosed as a child. I was told I was too young to be in pain or " you're just lazy". I have finally found people who get it. Many thanks, 🦓💜. Jac
