I have tried gait class and like it, but have questions. In the last year (I’m 65) my gait has changed from “normal” to “old lady walk” 🥴 it’s like a combination of tottering and rolling like an old sailor. I know my glutes are weak, and my hips and legs are stiff, especially when I first get up from sitting- any time of day and even if I just sat down for 5 minutes. It’s embarrassing! Any suggestions?
