I wake up 2 hours into sleep at night with a Pounding heart. Why is that. Is it something to do with Chostoconditis I find taping my shoulders sometimes gives relief - but not sure — don’t know if shoulder instability will cause this ? Scared to go to bed now - Haven’t been sleeping well for last 4/5 months. Any tips appreciated Thankyou!
