Hello! Very grateful to have found this program. I have a diagnosis of Marfans syndrome, and have never been able to find validation around the structural concerns I encounter. This is the first time I have felt like I have found a program that will help me strengthen and keep me safe. Really looking forward to getting into it. So far I’ve done the foundations and a couple of workouts, just curious if anyone else here has Marfan syndrome? Also, wanting to name that my left side ribs do a lot of shifting and clicking. Any specific workouts I should be prioritizing?
