Hello all, my name is Sava. I was only diagnosed a couple years ago, so I have a whole lifetime of instability and hyperextension to correct. However, I just bought a body braid to help me through correcting some of my issues and it has been a lifesaver! I even use it during some of the classes on here and it's a big help. Now if only my cat would let me finish my exercises in one go...
