I have a question about something with the neck stabilization video! For the exercise when we are lying on our stomachs and then we lift up our head/neck, should we be making sure that everything else (back, glutes, legs, etc.) remains relaxed? I just noticed that I was squeezing my glutes and legs and probably shoulders, too. If that's not what we're supposed to do, do you have any tips on how not to do that? (I'm assuming the answer is to imagine our pelvis getting very heavy and to see if it lets our head and neck float up more, but I figured I should ask.) Thanks!
