Had a long first week back at school with multiple days really exceeding my normal activity baseline. Today really feeling the fatigue and pain esp in my weak areas. Did the foam roller class to release my back as well as my own mishmash of tzc moves this morning lubricating all my tissues which was enough to reset my body enough to be ready for my half a day shadowing at the hospital today Feeling very grateful for all the tools I have now thanks to all I’ve learned from TZC to make it through the hard days. Thank you @Jeannie Di Bon 🙏 What’s on your list for movements or tzc videos to reset?
