Get excited 😆- it’s new class day. I really loved this class - called On The Wall. It gradually gets more challenging - there’s some wonderful foot work supine in the beginning & we work our way up to standing. It will really help with hip stability when you get to the yoga block section. Anyway, check it out in the Stability section. You’ll need a yoga block ideally.
