I’m new to the Zebra Club and trying not to overdo it as I have a tendency to do. I woke up feeling really crampy in my legs, so I did the gait class this morning to hopefully help. Later, my SI joint popped when standing up and then I twisted too far. I’ve been in a lot of pain since, so I’m trying to take it easy, breathing, pain killers, heat. I think my SI joint might still be subluxed. Should I try another class to try to help it back in to place? If so, which one? Or should I just take it easy the rest of the day? Any tips when the joint is out? Thank you!
