I recently reinjured my old tennis elbow (bad term because it's not from playing tennis). Are there any classes that focus on elbow strengthing or that might be helpful for tennis elbow? either while I am healing or when it feels better? For now I guess I will steer away from anything that would exasserbate it. i thought I was well enough to try a very light weight classs with hand weights and that was enough. I have to take things more carefully i guess. Thanks for any tips or advice. Blessings!
