Several month-long vacations this summer have proven to me that I have more pain in the morning when I haven’t moved much the day before. Unfortunately I am retired and live in a small home in the desert, where it is too hot to go outside in the summer. I also love activities that don’t require much movement like drawing, reading and watching movies. Zebra class in the morning and indoor biking don’t seem to be enough. Anyone else with this issue? How do you get movement in your day?
