Hi I've recently joined and have watched the foundations videos. One thing I found challenging was putting weight evenly through both feet as I have arthritis in my right big toe which restricts movement and over time has altered the structure of my foot in comparison to the left (which has collapsed arch). My body has adapted to putting less weight through that toe but it causes pain and injury in other places. How should I adapt when the doing a class or programme? Want to get this right before moving on to classes. Thanks 😊
