Anyone have any tricks for monitoring spine alignment. I have found that I’ll be doing exercises lying on my back and think I am straight and then realized I’m leaning to one side. I really seem to lack proprioception in this area. Any advice for finding alignment when you can’t look in a mirror. I don’t want mirrors on my ceiling! Haha
