Hello there! I heard either here or maybe a podcast/something on the YouTube channel that bikes can make the hips more hypermobile. In recent months I’ve used a recumbent bike at home...asked my therapist about it today and his opinion was that it can make it more hypermobile if the positioning on the bike isn’t correct and that they’ve actually used bikes to strengthen...anyone have any opinions on this?
