I have been trying to work on posture and realized with my PT that I hyperextending my back-always. And I need to push my pelvis forward/up a bit to prevent from over arching my back while sitting and standing. Wow this is pretty hard! I think I am naturally pushing myself out of range every time I do a cat/cow! I was always so focused on my limbs that I wasn’t thinking I can push my core out of range too. It’s a lot to think about all the time. Any wise advice, tips, hacks, etc on keeping your back in range? Finding the range between slouching and hyper extension is really hard.
