After months of really enjoying forward fold type exercises to ease my tight thoracic back. Suddenly everything has changed. Feels like everything has happened to quickly.. My back now feels really unstable with lots of burning and throbbing muscles. Lots of gastro symptoms, fatigue and feeling really anxious. Even the gentle exercises seem to make it worse. Yesterday I did the meditation class , some arms rolls, knee bends and some pelvic tilts. That didn't seem to be too bad but it's all making me feel really anxious.
