Hi all, I'm new, from Fife Scotland. What are thoughts on wearing braces for support? Diagnosed hEDS 2 months ago after a 5yr misdiagnosis of fibro/ME. Knee in particular feels ready to give out. Looking forward to getting into a regular exercise & movement routine - this app looks amazing!!! So much better than any leaflet the NHS throws into my hands 🙈xx
