Is anyone familiar with the Pilates Reformer machine and exercises? I’ve been strength training 3x a week for many years, (it’s more like really active rehab now rather than training), but I did a demonstration class today. Surprise surprise I couldn’t tell if I felt like my joints were safe or not? I had mixed experiences and wonder if it is generally considered safe for hypermobility and strength training?
