When doing a pelvic roll (eg the movement Jeannie does in the middle of the Foundations Relaxation video), what are the muscles one should use when tilting the pelvis back? Eg: Is it abdominal muscles/ pushing the feet into the floor/ something else? For context I have lordosis and so my pelvis naturally tilts forwards. I’m trying to correct that over time but not sure what muscles I’ve been neglecting! Pelvic roll seems like a good exercise to do but I want to do it right. Maybe you can help @Jeannie Di Bon ?
