I have a slipped disk L5 S1, bulging disks and instability in my neck, which is driving my POTS, migraines, and disautonoma crazy. Any recommendations to help relieve the pain? When I try yoga/ pilates, it just messes my neck and back up more. Sometimes, even laying in one position for half an hour is enough to paralise my legs and annoy my lower back. I try yoga nidra with supports and still things dislocate! TIA x
