Just had my first PT session yesterday! They were really nice and had done some reading up on HSD/EDS before my session, and we worked through my first batch of stabilizing exercises. On the one hand, I feel really good and can feel that the muscles around my joints have some good tightening going on. Like I'm just a little less wobbly on my feet today. But on the other hand, I'm just so scared to get my hopes up. I'm scared about things getting better and then getting too comfortable and really hurting myself again, or something else going wrong.
