Hi all, How do you deal with flare ups? Do you have any tips? I’m not pacing and I’m putting work/hone/family before myself. When I do have a bit of time to myself I’m either exhausted or doing a few exercises to try and get stronger in the hope I won’t feel as tired but that’s not feeling like it’s working. It’s starting to get me down x
