Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has any tips and advice for helping me get through my work day. I work an 7.5-8 hour shift in a shop once a week where I have to stand behind a counter the whole time except for 2x15min breaks. I requested the idea of bringing in a chair to have behind the counter so I could alternate between standing and sitting as standing behind the counter for long periods of time causes me pain in my back, hips and knees. Sadly, one of my colleagues broke my chair before I came into work yesterday so I now don't have that option and yesterday was rather painful and draining. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
