Im struggling with a rapid downward spiral 😥. 10days ago my LCL ligament in my knee went pop. Then my dog was ill and I ended up overdoing it looking after him and my opposite ankle has gone. My carer has been off with Covid for 2 weeks and I'm literally struggling with basics now. My back and pelvis have started complaining too. I feel I need complete bed rest right now (not possible). Are there any classes the can be done in bed to help settle the rest of my body as the ripple effect of my LCL injury on the rest of my body is scary 😨. Thanks.
